Hi,

i have a model AK3 Celeron J4125 8Go RAM 256go ROM.

The computer only boot on bios which don't see the ROM so Windows don't start.

I ve buyed this computer 3 months ago...i think it's a serial fabrication default.

Can i get a new computer please in remplacement ?

What troubleshooting have you tried? Can you send a picture of the BIOS boot settings and what happens when it doesn't boot Windows?

You can press the F7 key when starting up until you enter the quick start interface.
Would you mind taking a picture of the quick start interface and observing whether your startup items are normal?
