RAM extension

I have recently purchased ACEPC AK3V (8GB RAM, 128GB ROM). Can I extend the ram to 12 or 16GB by replacing the existing 8GB RAM with similar DDR3 2133MHz type of higher RAM?

The RAM is a permanent component of the system board. It can't be replaced or upgraded.
