SSD drive failure, BIOS continually cycles, Cant Restore

Hi This relates to a ACEPC GK3V which I received on the 10th June 2021 from Amazon UK
I had used it for 2 weeks until the day before yesterday when I got a blue screen error on windows which indicated some fault on the drive. At the time i did just think it was a standard blue screen and would come back so didnt take photographs of same and cant remember the exact message.
However on restart I got a constant cycle of BIOS, which i couldnt escape out of, the bios didnt show windows boot manager or the SSD drive in any way (see screenshots)
After trying various things I went to the forum, saw the instruction regarding being stuck on bios and downloaded the 8 gig GK software to a WINPE NTFS drive to reinstall system/drivers.
I tried to run this but the installation failed with a message stating "a device which does not exist was specified" (see screenshot). It had got past the stage of DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk
I had taken a system backup with macrium reflect so tried to recover this. Macrium saw the "raw disk" to restore to but when trying to restore gave an error message stating "Error initializing GPT disk" (see screenshot)
I used the dos command functionof Macrium to look at DiskPart. DiskPart shows the disk but does says no partitions exist and fails when attempting to create a partition stating that the device doesnt exist (see screenshots)
I installed the macrium reflect backup on a 2.5 inch drive from another older laptop and installed in the space for the 2.5 inch drive. That worked successfully (though is only a temporary solution as will have to reconfigure other laptop in a week or so) and I can use the machien (albeit slowly) through that other drive.
In windows in file manager the hard drive shows as uninitialised, when i try to initialise the disk it says it has failed due to a Device IO error. I attach screen shot
When I look at System Info the Hoodisk SSD does show under disk on system info, though not under drives (see screenshot)
Whilst I know I can return this to Amazon UK I really like the machine, want to keep it if I possibly can and want to resolve this. Can you please help
