Efi shell

Need urgent help. Was using my pc and then it froze. Then been getting EFI shell message, I hit exit and it took me to Aptio set up utility page. How do I get out of this and back to using my pc???

Hello, please press and hold the DEL key when you boot up. After entering the BIOS, switch to the "BOOT" tab and set the first boot item of "Boot Option #1" to "windows boot manager," and then press F4 to save and exit.
If the "windows boot manager" option is missing, the system files are damaged. It is recommended that you reinstall the system.
