Mini PC -- requires hard restart often

AK2 -- Mini PC, Intel Celeron J3455 Windows 10 Pro Mini Computer, 6GB DDR3 120GB SSD HD Graphics 4K Dual Output Gigabit Ethernet Dual Band Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2
I purchased the ACEPC in October, it works well, but recently it will not come out of Sleep mode. The blue light is on, the fan is on, but it does not respond to the keyboard, there is no video and the power button won't do anything. So I must unplug the unit to restart it. Sometimes, I need to do that more than once.
Can you help me fix it?
