Connect to WiFi but no internet

I just purchased and set up a T6 stick PC. When I first completed setup it connected to the internet without a problem, but now it connects to the wifi but with no internet access. Other devices within a few feet connect fine, so the router is functioning properly. I tried deleting the wifi connection and re-adding it, but same result. I can ping the router, but no further, even using IP addresses instead of URL. DHCP is fine. DNS also seems fine. I have released and renewed the IP address with no change. I'm not sure where to go from here - suggestions are welcome! Dave

Hello, you can try, shut down, unplug the power, then plug-in power and restart. The WiFi will always remain normal.
PS: This may be a system problem of Win10.

You can connect to a wireless network. If the webpage cannot be opened, can I open some applications on the computer to surf the Internet? Try to connect to the hotspot on the phone, can you access the Internet? You can provide more information

dkreines,

Take a look at this website. Particularly #6, then #8 if the first doesn't help. These are just a couple of suggestions to add to what's already been said.
