GK3V USB port still on after sleep and shutdown

I have connected a usb fan to keep the system cool as per one of the recommendations from this forum but the fan stays powered on after sleep and even shutdown. I have tried changing the USB state in the advanced power menu and this does nothing.
I have tried turning off fastboot and this also does nothing. Is there an option in the bios to fix this?

It appears that this is normal. No option is available in the BIOS settings as it stands. However, that only option I know of is to unplug the mains adapter power supply!

Then how do I obtain a bios update for the full bios? Rather than just having this locked down version

ACEPC tends to only offer an altered BIOS if someone is purchasing units in bulk and need a tailored BIOS for them. They may, however, see this thread and note it for an option in a future version.
