AK2 - Bluetooth stoped working

Hello,

I have bought an AK2 last march.

I am quite happy with the product and I think that it meets my needs.

Nevertheless, a few days ago the bluetooth stoped working. I have tried to reinstall the drivers and nothing happened.

I have also tried to use ubuntu in order to see if it is a problem with the drivers, anda it says "bluetooth not found".

Can you help me with this issue, please?

Bluetooth and wifi are in the same module. If there is a problem with Bluetooth, there should also be a problem with wifi. If installing the driver can't solve it, you can try to reinstall windows. ACEPC's system integrates all drivers

Hi guys,

Just to let you know that I have solved my problem with the Bluetooth.

It is the same problem reported in this forum about the wifi.

It is not a software problem, but a hardware problem - the antenna is below the ssd drive and the signal is blocked.
