Hi guys. I'm up and running! Just unbricked my ACEPC T11 with a CH341A USB programmer.
I can confirm the 30% cpu usage problem is also found in Windows Server 2019 install.

Nice! Good job.
I've never heard of such a thing, but I found a video I plan to watch later about using one of those CH341A devices. Granted, I'll likely never have need for one, but it's pretty darn interesting nonetheless.

1. Install the system we provide and do not update the network, see if the CPU usage is normal (between 3%-6%).
2. Problems with other systems or usage habits, too many installed software, too many startup items, too many updates, and redundant junk files. This will lead to high CPU usage. this is normal.

Hi admin;
The 30% cpu usage is a problem that appears with the base windows 10 installation files provided in downloads area.
Also, on freshly clean installs, it shows this behaviour after installing Intel Power Management IC driver (pmic.sys).

As far as I know, version 1909 is the latest available for the T11. You can get the Pro version of Windows 10 1909 here...
