Barry777,
Do you have any idea why I cannot install the vcredist_x86.exe? The old program will open and runs fine but does not control my RGB lights. Is there a driver or BIOS change that needs to be made? If you need more info or pictures, just let me know. Thank you.

Please open Settings, go to "Apps," and uninstall any other related libraries. Then, reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2008.

Yes. Thank you for that. I did remove all the other libraries and try to install the 2008 version. The EXE file wont install, just closes itself. I am at a loss.

I was finally able to install vcredist_x86.exe and the RGB tool. I had a bad section on my hard drive, so I ran CHKDSK /r and it fixed it. I then was able to install vcredist_x86.exe and the latest tool. However, I still do not have RGB lights. I do thank you for your help.

Regarding the issue of the RGB lighting not turning on at all, please try the following steps:

1. Shut down the computer and disconnect all connections, including the power adapter.
2. Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power adapter and restart the computer to check if the lighting functions properly.

If the issue persists, please provide your purchase order number and a brief video of the issue (to protect your personal information, please send the order number via private message). We will review the information and assist you as soon as possible.
