I'm having the same issue as the OP. Amazon ad says comes with 11 Pro, but it actually arrived with 11 Home. You link says download limit reached.

You can get around the limit by first signing into your Google account.

I wanted to comment that Barry was able to help me troubleshoot and provide a new key to activate Pro following his installation instructions. It seems like everything is working now.

@barry777 I sent you a PM requesting a Windows 11 Pro license key for the AM06PRO system. It came with Windows 11 Home instead of Pro.

I also got Windows 11 Home edition preinstalled on my (first, awaiting two more) AM06Pro from Amazon.. Need a Pro license to be able to remote connect (RDP, not Teamviewer) to these computers.

I'm new to this forum, but it is the official support place for the brands on the forum's front page ?

They are changing to Windows 11 Home for many models. If the advertisement for your particular purchase specified Pro, you should contact barry777 at barry@minipcunion.com. He'll ask for your Amazon order number. Also, if you have a snapshot of the page where it says it comes with Pro, you should include that as well.
