I'd reach out to barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. Make sure to tell him what model you have and what's going on. It might also be a good idea to include your order number in case it ends up being some kind of warranty issue.

Any updates on this..Also no TPM control in Bios and my Win 11 is no longer doing updates CK10 i7-11390H
