Yes, I guess there are just 2 ways:
1. It is a problem with the pc, and it need to be changed to a new one.
2. It is a problem with BIOS Version 1.11, then they need to send update/fix.
If they can not realize they need to find a way. We can not work for days now.....
Relevant solutions have been sent to you privately, and I look forward to your repair comments.

We have done the Bios downgrade with your file. It is worse than before. It even does not boot anymore now with 64 GB Ram...

Is it unable to boot? Or something else? Can you describe the problem encountered in detail?

This is the detail. Now it does not boot anymore with installed 2x 32 GB. The display just shows nothing when turning on the PC. Is there no update with fix instead of a downgrade that not work? And if downgrade is there no version 1.07? Why does the seller still advertises with up to 64 GB as he knows that this is not true.

Not to hijack the topic, but the AMR5 does support 64GB of RAM, as can be seen in
this reply in another topic.
I do hope they can help you to get it working properly.

The following steps are recommended for troubleshooting:
1. Reinsert the memory stick;
2. Use a pin to press the reset button on the fuselage;
We are verifying and communicating with products and manufacturers;
Forum users and partners who have successfully upgraded the 64GB memory and used it normally, provide the memory brand, link and BIOS version information, and we will feedback the product for further compatibility and adaptation.

The seller promised to give us a solution until today at the latest. They still did not solve the problem and we are still waiting! We are working and testing for the seller for more than a week now for free? And losing so much time we need for our work!

You are required to provide photos of the Main option of the bios interface of the mini PC that Kingston 64GB memory can run compatible with. We are checking the situation.

It has been verified that Kingston Fury 64GB (32*2) DDR4 3200 is compatible with AMR5.
1. The set of chips (two memories) generally has the same chips, single and double sides, production date, particle size, and timing, so the compatibility of the set of sticks will be better than that of the single stick.
2. The memory module may be affected by factors such as brand, batch, particle, and environment, and 10% may be incompatible.
