I emailed AcePC yesterday about a possible BIOS upgrade, and got a reply at 4am today from 'Nick' asking for my order details, date of purchase, etc.
My enquiry might go no further, but I've sent him the details he asked for and we'll see what (if anything) happens next.
Hi Sarah. I went through the same with support, and "Nick" was the one who replied to me.
He said there were no plans for a bios upgrade and I should come here for "Fixes" to install windows 11
If you bought the machine from Amazon you have 28 days to return it, and I would go for the more expensive fanless one, that is windows 11 ready
no bios update required

If the "new" BIOS works fine, please comment here !!
I want a secure boot option menu on BIOS too to do the W11 upgrade !!!

Not sure what 'Image of BIOS' means; do you mean a saved copy of the Bios file, or a screenshot of the loading screen showing the release and version info?
Anyway, I have emailed some screenshots in the hope that I will get a bios update by return.

I tried to send an email to that email address (
18898767762@163.com) but were unable to deliver from my account in yahoo at that email address.
Whatever happens, I want and need that updated BIOS.

i have same problem.....emails keep returning.......
