A friend of mine just received his AD03 today and has tasked me with getting everything setup for him. As I am setting up the system, I have a question:
I notice that this particular model (he has the 16GB / 512GB SATA M.2 version) is using a RealTek WiFi adapter. We are seeing particularly awful performance from that WiFi adapter, although I admit I have not done any tuning yet. However, I was wondering if the WiFi adapter is a PCIe module that can be replaced in this model. If so, what adapters can I use? Will this system accommodate an Intel AC7265 (WiFi 5) or even an Intel AX200 (WiFi 6) or Intel AX210 (WiFi 6e) module?
I did notice that the factory image appears to have the AC7265 drivers preloaded as they do show up as hidden in Device Manager. But I am most interested in knowing whether this system would support the AX200 or AX210 modules.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
