Is there any sort of stand or mount for this PC Stick?

To my knowledge, the T6pro is a HDMI stick, meant to attach directly to the monitor/screen. These sticks are not meant to work without their attached screen. I've checked Amazon and didn't find anything that would do that, even for other devices like a Ruko or Fire stick.

How are you trying to use it?

Using it as a remote PC on my telescope mount. Guess I'll just use some velcro.

Velcro could work. I've used that before to mount a 2.5" external drive to an old laptop, and it held on pretty well.

I'm curious how this project will work for you. I have an old telescope that I'd love to modernize with a computer of some sort. What are you going to do?

I do Astrophotography. this is going to control a camera rotator.
