To install cab files from windows update catalog you need to extract them with 7z or Winrar (ignore error) and manually install driver from Device Manager.

P.S. It's actually possible to install Windows 7 on this PC in case you have license for it and then upgrade it to Windows 10 from RDP, for this you need to enable CSM mode, prepare image with gigabyte\Asus\MSI utility for Windows 7 and then add network driver for VEN_10EC&DEV_8168 (Realtek adapter) via DISM. If someone will be interested in it I can provide installer ISO file for this.
