Hey everyone! I'm curious. Through some random research, I came upon other brands of Mini PCs, and I wondered if they are related to the brands that we usually discuss here. I've seen BeeLink before, on Amazon. But today, I found a brand called MinisForum. I'm wondering if there is any relationship between these two brands and the other ones discussed here?
Specifically, the MinisForum PC line feels similar, where they have a GK41, among others. That naming convention feels like it would match discussions here. I found their product listing here: https://www.amazon.com/stores/MINISFORU ... CEA80C6EDA
Anyway, just wondered your thoughts!

Re: Mini PC brands
These are the two brands that compete the most with us. Because the main companies are located in China.
Beelink has been created the longest and their products have the most conservative look.
Minisforum has been pursuing higher performance flagship configurations over the years. So Minisforum's mini PC is more suitable for playing games.
We used to be ACEPC, which was distributed into several brands after the dissolution.
About the naming of product models, this is not very clear to me, but the CPU series and motherboard models are the key to naming.

Thanks! I'm happy with the Ace family of brands that we discuss here. I just wondered about the relationship and if discussing them was out of scope for our minipcunion forums.
Who knows, maybe some day I'll pick up another brand. I'm always curious what else is out there and love all this tech!
