Had issue but excellent support

The PC takes a while to come on and load all the programs.I only use it for TV and playing music from a USB Hard Drive no extra storage is needed. Fanless design is so great for audio listening.
update:
Customer support was excellent and dealt with my issue very quickly and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied.
I feel confident that the manufacturer supports their products and is constantly improving both them and their customer support.
