When a BSOD happens it should give an indication of what caused it. This page may be of help.
If it happens often, there could be a problem with Windows itself. If the info on the above page doesn't help, I'd try reinstalling Windows, though make sure to save any important files before doing so. You can find the OS installation file and drivers here.
Or, if you have Windows 11 installed and are going to reinstall it using USB media you created, make sure to save the driver folder as well, which is located at C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository, as you'll likely need to install or update a few drivers after installation that may not be updatable via Windows Update. For this reason it's good to have them available from your prior W11 installation. The driver folder is usually somewhere between about 1.6GB and 2.5GB in size.

@d15236, can you explain what happens when the BSOD occurs? Is it when the system boots? When you're using a specific application? When it's resting? Are you running Windows 10 or 11 on it?
The win32Kfull.sys process is generic to Windows, and other Windows users have issues with it as well, so it might not be a miniPC issue, just something about Windows.
