Hello,

as a solution for the problem you mentioned, you can try these steps to solve the problem:
1- if you have windows 10 version: Open the Device Manager. To do that, right-click on the Start button on the taskbar and then click on the Device Manager option.

Step 2: In the Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth category tree to see the Bluetooth adapter’s entry.

Step 3: Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter’s entry and then click the Uninstall device option. This will open Uninstall device dialog.

Step 4: Check the Delete the driver software for this device option and then click on the Uninstall button.

Step 5: The Bluetooth driver will now be uninstalled from your device. We recommend you reboot your PC once after uninstalling the driver.

Step 6: To reinstall the Bluetooth driver, simply navigate to Windows 10 Settings app > Update & Security > Windows Update page and then click the Check for updates button. Windows 10 will automatically download and install the Bluetooth driver. If it does not automatically install the required Bluetooth driver, please manually download it from your PC manufacturer’s website and run the setup file to install it.

all of this links are explanations with photos for the steps, please open it, if the problem is not solved, or if there any other questions please contact us again.
with my best wishes.

Hi ale.vi,

I don't have your specific computer model, but perhaps some basic troubleshooting could help. I'm glad rebooting restores your Bluetooth, which suggests the hardware isn't the problem, but it's probably software, drivers, or a setting.

Are you on Windows 10 or Windows 11?
What Bluetooth devices are you connecting to?
When Bluetooth disappears, are you actively using the computer, or is it inactive? If you're actively using the computer, are you actively using the Bluetooth devices?
When it vanishes, what does the Device Manager show for Bluetooth? (right-click Start, choose Device Manager, and look for the Bluetooth devices in the Bluetooth area) What does the System Tray show?
Can you go into the Settings app, or Windows Action center, and bounce Bluetooth? (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it on)

We can get screenshots if any of this seems confusing, but hopefully it helps.
