Disable PTT EK to solve the CPU usage problem
Intel(R) PTT EK Recertification Service is part of the Intel Recertification Service, developed by Intel (based on Intel's version information). Disabling it also does not affect the system usage and can improve the system speed.
To disable it - My Computer - Right click - Manage - Task Scheduler - Task Scheduler Library, find Intel PTT EK Recertification and disable it.
