calnetoffice,

In the Boot section of the BIOS, do you see anything like this? The second pic was moving down to the first boot option line and hitting Enter. That brings up all of the options you can set for that first boot device. Any Windows Boot Manager or a variation of it like seen in my picture?

This is from my T6 Pro, so it may be a little different than yours...

Edit: Disregard the Setup Prompt Timeout highlight in the first pic. That was just where it highlighted by default. It's the Boot Priorities you want to focus on further down the pic.

There is no "Windows boot manager" on boot section #1, there is only one choice as I said in mchar.

calnetoffice,

In that case, the last thing to try will be reinstalling the system, though it may not work as there may be an issue with the onboard storage. The system file and instructional video are in the File Download section, here.

You may run into a message when you try to download the file that says something about it having reached a download limit, but to get around this sign into your Google account, if you have one, and then try again. If you don't have a Google account I suggest creating one and then trying again, as I don't know how long it takes for that limit to be reset so you can download it without having one.

If the installation fails, you should contact after sales support at service@iacepc.com to see if they can help, as it failing to install would indicate, almost assuredly, that there is a problem with the onboard storage.

Sorry, but I have to sign off, as it's nearly 1AM here. I hope the installation is a success.
