I recently purchased a G3KV. It worked for about 2 weeks, but this morning when I went to boot it the computer booted straight into the BIOS. After trying a few more times to restart, I made a boot disk to troubleshoot. The hard drive shows in Bios but isn't bootable.
I tried to restore from the ACEPC image, which fails states that there was an error with DiskPart due to an I/O error.
I also tried the Windows 10 ISO direct from Microsoft, which sees the drive but fails formatting it.
It looks like the drive failed somehow where it is no longer writable.

Judging by your description you may very well be right. Your best bet at this point is to contact after sales support at service@iacepc.com.

I have exactly same problem , its been hardly 2 months I bought this PC. !!!
