I desperately need it to automatically restart after a power failure as the PC is being used as a small headless server.
I have an ACEPC AK2 Mini PC Intel Celeron J3455,Windows 10 Micro Computer, 6GB DDR3/64GB eMMC,4K HD Graphics,Gigabit Ethernet,Dual Band Wi-Fi model.
Please can someone advise what I need to do to get this working?

There should be a setting in the BIOS for this. This is a video with instructions on how to enable it.

Mine doesn't have that setting in that BIOS page.

Hopefully the admin will have a solution. I'll send him a message so that he's sure to see this topic, but it may be a couple of days before he replies as he's normally not online during the weekends.
Edit: I should add that, if you want to try to see if anything can be done sooner, I'd contact ACEPC's after sales support at service@iacepc.com. I don't know if they'll answer any sooner, but they may.

Good question.
I'd both email the after sales support and send a message through the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. The latter ends up going directly to the admin, I believe.
