Hi. I have a T6 and windows became unbootable. So I followed the down load instructions to make a usb rebuild stick. This failed on installing the image. It failed at 1%. I tried a different image but same results. I tried a different usb stick (this time usb2) failed again.
So I tried a w10 usb stick I had built my laptop with. Failed again 1%.
I then reset the bios. Tried the 2 usb sticks again. No better.
So, looking for wise words. Thanks in advance.

From your description it sounds like the storage is damaged, though that's only a guess. At this point your best bet is to contact ACEPC's after sales support at service@iacepc.com and let them know of the issue.
