Hi,
I was wandering if it possible to upgrade the memory on my AK2, I currently have 6GB?
This machine replaced my aging HP Pavilion laptop, from which I have extracted the memory:
1) Kingston 8GB 1333MHz SODIMM Laptop hp691160-h63-keb PC3L-12800S 1600MHz DDR3
2) SK Hynix 1x 4GB DDR3-1600 SODIMM PC3L-12800S Single Rank x8 Module
Could I just do a swap?
If not what could I use?
Many thanks

Re: AK2 Memory Upgrade
If your particular model has replaceable memory, it could be DDR3 or DDR4. Your best bet is to open it up and see what memory it currently has in it. If you don't see any modules, it means the memory is a part of the system board and isn't replaceable.

Re: AK2 Memory Upgrade
Hello, AK2 cannot replace memory. You can control the memory pressure by controlling the startup items in the settings. Usually, 6G memory is enough for daily life.
