Teach you how to restore factory settings

1.Enter setting

Do not have the option.

Have a T11 with 8Gb/128Gb bought in Oct/2021.

Under Settings / Recovery there are 2 sections: 1) Reset this PC, 2) More recovery options.
Pressed the "Get Started" button in option 1, then the "Remove everything" option, then it said Could not find the recovery environment, insert your windows installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the media.

So, what should I do...
