Internal storage failure, cannot reinstall Win10

Hi,
My device is a ACEPC AK1. I got it in Feb 2021, and began using it last week. While using it, it rebooted and would not startup again.

It says No Boot Drive. I put a HDD in external slot and I'm unable to reinstall.

There is an error attempting reinstall to internal storage and external.

Is there a BIOS update that can help? I've attached screenshots.
