Need Help with Mini PC Display settings

I have setup my mini PC using a hdmi connection to TV screen. Everything works. However, I cannot get the screen to shrink to the monitor size. It always stretches outside of the TV monitor space. Half the taskbar is cut off. The close button and minimize button of the browser window is also no accessible. Is this a Display setting issue with resolution or the scaling of the display on the monitor(TV). Can someone please help?

Have you tried switching the resolution and setting the text size? What is the ratio of your monitor?

Thank you for responding to my query. The resolution changes and text size did not help. However, changing TV screen ratio options did help. I had to select 'Just Select'. This resized the desktop to fit within the monitor boundaries.
