Is It possible to erase all the data saved in the internal storage before sending the product back? I have no access to BIOS and no video output.

Sorry, we used the EMMC patch to deal with it. There is no way to clear the data without turning on the computer. We guarantee that you will not view or disclose any of your information. We serve you, we have principles.
