Insert Boot Media in selection device and press key

Hello guys i recently bought an Acepc mini pc. It was working fine until one day the screen went into Boot mode and its asking for “Insert Boot Media “ can someone please help me how to reboot my pc.. Thank you in advance

The first thing to try would be a BIOS discharge, but we need to know which model you have in order to provide the proper instructions.

That's not the model number, but from your description it sounds like it could be a CK2.

The following are instructions for the BIOS discharge of an AK3, but the layout is similar and the basic instructions regarding the battery would be the same. See if the following helps...

The model number is CK2 . I tried to reboot it a few times my self and try to reinstall Windows again but it seems like its not on the hard drive at all . The video was very helpful i will def try it thank a lot !

I hope it helps. If it doesn't, however, and if when trying to reinstall the system it's given an indication that there's a problem with the onboard storage, I would contact ACEPC's after sales support at service@iacepc.com, as there may very well be a problem with the system drive.
