Ethernet GKV3 Problem

Hi everyone, I bought GK3V a month ago and now it is giving me problems with the ethernet adapter.

I changed the ethernet cable for a higher quality one (the previous one did not even turn on the green light of the ethernet port). Yesterday I got a new one and it was disconnected many times and didn´t recognize the cable either sometimes . I saw multiple tutorials and nothing happened, the error persist. I wrote to ACEPC support mail and the Amazon seller without answer yet. If somebody knows the solution pls write me. Ty so much

Have you tried more than the original cable (that you said never worked) and this current one (that has issues)? Can you try them in some other system, to make sure they are valid? What does it plug into?

I'd check into the hardware first, trying a cable you know works. There's a few settings you can try on your end, like manually configuring the network settings to match the switch you plug into (like 1000/full duplex). There's a slight chance the problem is on the computer, but most of the time I see network issues, it's just a poor cable or connection.
