T11 - No image on TV with HDMI

Hi everybody,
I can't get any image from the T11 on my LG HDTV, with HDMI cable. I get a "no signal" message.
For information :
- The HDMI on the TV works fine with other device, with the same cable
- I got the latest Windows updates on the T11
- I tried to reset the BIOS throught the PIN behind the box
- I get an image if I plug it with RGB on a normal PC screen

Any help please ?
The machine is brand new, do I need to send it back ?

There is a reset hole on the T11 machine. You can use the needle to press and hold for 15 seconds to reset and see if it can be turned on. If this method does not solve the problem, I suggest you contact the after-sales service.

I've already tried the reset button, so I think I need to contact AcePC.
