My CK6 has overheating issue

Hello,
I bought a CK6 on March 2021 and it has the issue that after some hours working it starts to slow down everything until it gets stuck, only after I turn it off and leave it to refresh the temperature for some time I'm able to turn it on back and it starts to work normally for some time until it gets overheated again. This happens every day. I know this is a fanless design and I read someone post telling there was a factory defect causing this issue. Can u tell me if this my case and how to fix it?

I would install Core Temp to monitor the temperature. If it hits 80c or above, I would take a snapshot of it and contact ACEPC after sales support at service@iacepc.com about the issue, including that snapshot in the email.
