GK3V - J4125 - Mechanical disk - Second Slot or USB inssue

Hello,
My new mini GK3V - J4125 - 256 SSD, does not work mechanical disk (HDD) in the second compartment or in the external USB. I noticed that it keeps making a "tek tek" noise on the mechanical disks, however if using SSD or pen drive it works. I've already tested 2 mechanical disks that work on another computer correctly and plugued on usb to.

Can you send us your HDD to see what it looks like? Usually 2.5-inch hard disks can be recognized, open the disk management to see if a partition is created

As far as I know the second seller of the GK3V (Aliexpress) - Processor J4125 USB ports is a maximum of 0.5 amps. This can be bypassed by a powered usb hub. The second compartment, I didn't expect this limitation either because I have 3 mechanical 1tb hard drives that can be used... It's also a fast equipment for office use and I'm enjoying it.

Buenas tardes. Lo de los puertos usb lo entiendo, tienen muy poco amperaje y ningún hdd conectado a la red eléctrica funcionará, pues carece de potencia energética para ello, pero....y el conector interno? Tengo una unidad GK3V, de 8 gb de RAM y 128 de memoria interna, a la cual planeaba aumentar su capacidad con un hdd interno...pero llevo dos probados (WD y Seagate) y ni la bios se inmuta, no hacen nada de nada. Esto no creo que sea una limitación si no que la unidad está dañada, y, por ello, he solicitado un reemplazo (o devolución directamente si las condiciones del reemplazo no me satisfacen). El producto se vende como que tiene la capacidad de expansión interna de hasta 2tb.

Por cierto, en Amazon España aparece:
"Lo que obtienes】 Diseñado con 2 puertos USB 2.0, 2 puertos USB 3.0, 1 puerto Gigabit Ethernet, 1 puerto para tarjeta Micro SD (para tarjetas TF de hasta 128 GB), 2 puertos HDMI y 1 puerto VGA compatible Tres pantallas."

¿Dónde está el "1 puerto para tarjeta Micro SD (para tarjetas TF de hasta 128 GB)"??

The new versions that are selling on Aliexpress don't come with a Micro SD port. When I bought it the seller informed this. In the ad does not come saying.
