Hi i purchased a T11 arrived yesterday, It was happily updating windows when it stopped working.
I now have a blue on and no video monitor says No signal.
if switched off ans back on it dont get anything, no bios etc

Just to rule it out, if you have a second monitor cable, whichever type you're using (VGA or HDMI), I would try it. Also try disconnecting and reconnecting it.
If this doesn't help, the information in the following video may. If you want to download the video to watch it, you can click on the small box on the upper right of the video, as shown in the pic below, to go directly to the hosting website.

I’ve tried other monitors & connections still get no signal. Keyboard & mouse are not lit up. I’ve watched video and it hasn’t helped still have a useless box.

You're quite welcome. I hope you're able to get the issue resolved quickly, whatever that resolution may be, especially with having just received the unit yesterday.
