There are two thing you can try. The first is a BIOS discharge, the instructions for which are below...
The idea behind this is that it resets the BIOS to default and clears anything from it that could be causing the fault to occur on startup. Another option to do the same thing is to disconnect the BIOS battery and leave it disconnected for a while (at least ten or fifteen minutes to be sure), then reconnect it and try the unit.
The second thing to try is reinstalling the operating system, which you can find here.
If neither of these help, the last step would be contacting ACEPC's after sales support at service@iacepc.com to see what they can do.

If the device is powered off and shut down, the ACEPC logo will appear repeatedly 3 times when the system is powered on. If you cannot enter the desktop after waiting for 3 minutes, the system is usually damaged and you need to reinstall windows.
