T11 doesnt boot anymore

Hello, after a bios update my T11 doesnt boot anymore.
any way to recover bios?

The admin will need a snapshot of your currently installed BIOS, meaning a snapshot of the main BIOS screen, to know whether there is a BIOS available for you. Please post that snapshot in a reply.

Hopefully he'll have one and you'll be able to successfully flash it, though there's no guarantee, unfortunately.

For future reference and/or for anyone else who reads this topic, the BIOS should only be upgraded if there is genuine need, and then only with one provided by ACEPC specifically to you, if they have one available. Upgrading it using AMI's tool or a file from them or another source can brick the unit.

Eek. Sorry. You did say that in your opening post.

Your options are either waiting to see what the admin has to say, or contacting ACEPC after sales support at service@iacepc.com, though he may in fact direct you to do the latter.

BTW, though I don't know that it will help, but just in case it might, I'd try a BIOS discharge. The instructions are here...

If you update the BiOS file that does not correspond to the motherboard, the PC will not be able to boot. If you just enter the Bios and modify some settings and you cannot boot, it is recommended to try to open the inside of the machine to remove the Bios battery and discharge it. If it cannot be solved, you can only contact after-sales

i tried to clear cmos but it still doesnt boot...

I'm really sorry nothing's helping. I think that at this point the only option would likely be to contact their after sales support. To be brutally honest though, with it not booting at all I wouldn't get my hopes up too much.

I do hope that there is some way they can get it going again.

It's a pity, but updating the BIOS incorrectly will bring serious consequences.
