Second hard drive it did not show up !

I installed the second hard drive it did not show up on my PC, but I checked on device manager it is show up. how can I do

Usually, this happens if the new drive does not have a Drive Letter. Look in Computer Management/Disk Management
Look for the new drive in the list of drives. If it has a drive letter try changing the letter. Example. d to E
Right, Click on the drive-in list and select the assign/change drive letter. Enter the letter. Follow the instructions carefully.
If it doesn't have a drive letter assign one. Right, Click on the drive, select change drive letter, enter the drive letter. Follow commands.
