AK3V j4125 win10 reinstall failure

Dear sir, I bought an AK3V, but after I installed an internal sdd drive the system no longer worked. Vain were the attempts to do a recovery, many errors gave the recovery, now I have to install windows 10 from the beginning. I saw your topics viewtopic.php?f=34&t=706, I downloaded the file and I followed the exact procedure but the penrive is not recognized at boot. Does it have to be the bootable pendrive? if this is true, what utility and procedure to use to make it bootable with the operating system you provide? Why don't you provide usable iso with Rufus.
I really like AK3 and wouldn't want to return it to Amazon.

Any standard USB flash drive should work for this.

Hi bisciobodereccio,
did you solve the problem regarding the booting file system from pen drive because I have had a crash on the same PC and I coundn't get recognise the Pen as in your case so now my PC still down

.It will be very appreciated any helps, thanks in advance.
(maybe you can answer also in italian just in case

)

I would try an alternate USB port on the unit.
