Would be nice to be able to change the dedicated memory for the GPU. Its only 128 MB and thats all thats being recognized by my programs, not the shared video memory. The regedit change to increase the dedicated video memory doesnt work, it needs to be done with the bios, which isnt an option in the current bios. So please make it an option. And overclock too perhaps, for the CPU and GPU.admin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:42 am Thank you very much for your suggestion, maybe we are too conservative, we will consider increasing the function of BIOS. Or you can find a suitable download in the forum.
First of all, please take a picture in the main interface of the BIOS, and we will provide you with a new BIOS based on your BIOS date. You can describe what features of the BIOS you need.

Now that windows 11 has been announced I have checked if my PC will be able to run it but due to the lack of TPM support in the BIOS.
Please can you provide a new BIOS where we can enable TPM so we can install windows 11.

Re: How to Update the BIOS of ACEPC Mini PC
Eltnux,
Whether there will be BIOS and/or firmware updates related to Windows 11 compatibility will likely be divulged sometime after Windows 11's official public release. It takes time to study the OS to know whether their units will be capable of supporting it, and which units, as well as tailoring any BIOS and/or firmware updates for that purpose.
I can already tell you that it's highly unlikely that any x5 Z8350 based units will be capable of supporting W11, however, as Microsoft has already listed compatible processors, and they are not included. Those units would be the current and prior T5, T6, T8, W8 and T11.

Re: How to Update the BIOS of ACEPC Mini PC
Hey all! I hope you're doing well!
I just picked up a GK3 system off of Amazon (J4125/8GB/128GB) since the processor officially supports Win11. I was able to boot into the BIOS/UEFI and enable TPM 2.0, so thank you AcePC for offering that feature. However, it looks like Secure Boot is not available.
If I can add my "+1" to requesting this feature be made available, I would appreciate it. Since Microsoft is looking to add better security to Windows, I think this will become necessary for computers in the future.
Thanks!

Today I ran the Windows 11 compatibility tool on my GK3V and after enabling TPM I only need SecureBoot to be available. Can you please make it happen? Thank you!

He estadi decepcionado con la marca ACEPC ya que no tiene ninguna posibilidad de actualización a W11 debido a que tiene la BIOS la función "Secure Boot" y eso que este aparato fue fabricado cuando ya se había lanzado al mercado el OS W11
