I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the WiFi adapter. To do so, open the Device Manager (right click Start, then click Device Manager), then find your WiFi adapter. Right click it, then click Uninstall. Then close the boxes and restart your computer, which will automatically reinstall the adapter.

There may also be WiFi settings that can be tweaked to give a better connection, but I know only enough about WiFi settings to screw them up, so I can't say what to change. Someone with better knowledge may know.

As a last resort, you can try downloading, installing and running the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" to see if that shows you an updated WiFi driver available for download. I say "As a last resort" because it's generally better to stick with the driver offered by the PC manufacturer, but if it's not working properly it may be worth trying the update it with this tool.

Unabale to download opening a page saying that i don't have the right , Ibought my Acepc t11 on december 2017 on amazon canada and i need to reinstall the original OS

Are you possibly behind some kind of firewall?

You can try clearing your browser cache, as that sometimes helps when there is a Google Drive access issue.

Is there a Windows 7 download for the T-11? I know it is retired but due to an unusual software compatibility problem I need to reinstall Win 7.

Judging by this past post from the admin, I highly doubt it. Like it says in the post, you're almost assuredly going to have issues with drivers, as ACEPC doesn't have any to offer for Windows 7. Plus, there's the problem of needing a Windows 7 Product Key.

Thank you for the link and info.

This T-11 is from a client location and I was lead to believe that it was Win 7 and upgraded to Win 10. Based on what you provided I think they may have been incorrect about that. Probably thinking of an different device.

On my T11 if I go into bios it offers an option to boot into Windows 7 so I always presumed these were originally meant for Windows 7 (or Android)
and had been updated for Windows 10. I know that with every update of Windows 10 there have been more and more issues with the USB disconnecting and now also the Internet when playing video on the web, or overall CPU/GPU use. I have noticed, be default, it loads up 5 monitors for no reason at all. I can delete them and they auto re-install.

I downloaded "Cherry Trail_Z8350_6255.zip" correctly. And I tried twice.

However, in folder of:

Cherry Trail_Z8350_6255\T3_Z8350_D+stepping\AP6255_win10\BT\BTW_12.0.1.990_Win10_Win8_UART_x86-x64_Driver_only\BTW_12.0.1.990_Win10_Win8_UART_x86-x64_Driver_only\DEV_12.0.1.990_UART_Driver_Package

There is NONE found.

It is totally empty and I cannot find any driver.

Since I installed Windows 10 as a clean install from Windows 10 image by Microsoft, I do need some missing drivers, however, as I wrote here, there is no driver in your folder.

I only found :

E:\Down\Ace PC\Driver T11\Cherry Trail_Z8350_6255\T3_Z8350_D+stepping\AP6255_win10\WIFI\DHD_REL_1_596_19_1_x86_x64_HLK_DriverOnly\DHD_REL_1_596_19_1_x86_x64_HLK_DriverOnly\1.596.19.1_x86_HLK\1.596.19.1_x86_HLK\bcmfn2.sys

in "Wifi folder".

But I repeat, other divers are not in your folder.

Can you explain how I can download the drivers?

As you may understand, since I downloaded twice and I found "Wifi Driver",
this is not download error, it is simply there is no driver provided by
you.

Did the driver file unzip properly? The drivers are definitely there in that download.

Make sure to watch the driver installation video so you know how to properly install the downloaded drivers.
