ACEPC T6 very slow ans wifi doesn't work

Someone can help me, please!

My ACEPC is very slow, I can't see a video in 480p on youtube, and take a long time to open a simple e-mail.

I tried everything, I installed different versions of Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu and none of them solved my problem.

Now I'm using the Windows 10 1909 version for ACEPC with all drivers installed and still have the same problem. Another issue that I have is that the wifi simple doesn't work and I'm using a wifi dongle.

It's impossible to use this device and I will throw this crap into the wall.

I didn't try to update the bios yet because I can't find anything for this pc stick.

I regretted buying this and I lost my money already.
