Pc stick w5 pro battery empty ? Time not synchronized

Hello, my pc stick w5 pro is not on time at startup. I think it's the electric battery. How to change it? Thanks for your help

Does it lose the time after it's been off for a while?

You can try this tool. This tool is a time out-of-sync resolution tool. You need to close the anti-virus software, download it to your PC, double-click to run, or run as an administrator.

yes it is very often turned off. I think it's the BIOS battery. i dont know if i can open it without breaking everything. thanks anyway for the sync program. Is there an electronic plan or video that shows how to change it?

The only thing I can really suggest is that, if the unit is still under warranty, I would contact ACEPC's after sales support, at service@iacepc.com.

For a non warranty T5, I hope the admin or anyone else who has experience with what to do in this situation can give you some advice.

I know that the T5 Bios battery is welded, not a button battery. Once removed, it cannot be installed back. Because I have a T5 that I removed myself
