Complete Failure after Power Loss during System Restore

Post by anton188 »

Attempted System Restore as per instructions.
Unfortunately, during the restore process, we lost power in our community. On next attempt at power on, my monitor remains black. I do not even get the ACEPC POST message. Nothing. I know that the monitor is good as it was tested with another laptop. Any suggestions? Right now it is literally a brick.

Model T11 Plus
Windows 10 Pro Mini-PC

CPU: Z8350
RAM 4G
ROM 64G

Thanks!

The screen cannot be displayed, you can try the method provided by ACEPC, here is the link

Thank you very much!
At least now the BIOS initiates and something shows up on the display.
Unfortunately, I am getting this string (see attached picture).
If I type 'exit' and CR, the PC attempts to load windows but then never completes doing so successfully.
What is causing this 'shell' listing and how do I get my Windows OS back?
Thanks, everyone!

Hello, I am glad that your question has been progressed. Shell mode is another system mode of the machine. If the windows system disappears in the BIOS, you need to enter the BIOS interface to adjust the BOOT startup items. Then reinstall the Windows system to resume normal use.
You can search for your system in the system download section.
