Acepc Stick T6 Clock losing time and stuck in bios at 12:10

Hello.
I recently purchased a Acepc Stick T6 around 3months ago. It was working fine up to a couple of days ago and i noticed the time was wrong so i sync it, but notice it keeps losing time. i went through all the checks but still couldn't solve this problem so i went into the bios and i noticed the time is on 12:10 so i save and reboot and resync the time and again it loses time so i go back into the bios and notice it still says 12:10 in the bios.
Can you please help me sort this out as i cant use my programs as there dependent on the clock keeping correct time.
