Fail to reload system

AK2-8GB RAM 256GB SSD Started looping on BIOS unable to boot to windows.
Downloaded AK1_2004_Pro_X64_3165D_en_de_es_fr_it_ru_zh_20201023.7z and followed restore video

You can contact the after-sales service to provide whether the system files in the U disk are complete. If the system files are OK, it is recommended to replace the SSD.

It's the W disk and I have not been able to contact "After Sales"

Hello, I will reply to your e-mail later. Regarding your question, you can press F7 to enter the quick startup item when booting and check whether the disk can be detected. If the disk has disappeared, you can contact this after-sales mailbox: service@iacepc.com. After explaining the situation, you will get a new hard drive.
PS: The forum mailbox is a technical answer mailbox and does not have the right to compensate for the hard disk.

Problem fixed but warning !! unless you speak/write Chinese DO NOT TRY EMAIL OR WHATSAPP to resolve the problem! I tried for a week to explain the SSD failure without satisfaction. I think the well meaning tech support staff use Google translate to decipher my text and email never understanding what I had already tried and documented. Fortunately I purchased my ACEPC from Amazon. Using the Amazon Marketplace the problem was resolved in 3 days. New SSD was shipped replaced and working on the 4th day

It's strange that the after sales email department wasn't getting back to you. I've contacted them a couple of times over the last two years and both times they responded within 24 hours. This was during the week. I imagine it would be longer on the weekend.
