Z8350 Not starting - red LED

I have a Z8350 Mini-pc stick that has been working great for about 5 months but not it will not start. The LED is solid red, it was previously blue when working. I cannot find any manual or instructions on how to resolve this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I would try a BIOS discharge. The instructional video for doing so is below...
