GK3V Mini PC WiFi not working properly

I bought the Ace Mini PC - GK3V - recently and I can't get the wifi to work.

At first it wouldn't connect to Wifi at all...but eventually it did connect only at very very low speeds. In the same spot my tablet connects at full WiFi speed.

Is it faulty or is there something I need to change in settings?

You can open the webpage and search for the speed measurement software on Google and test the wifi speed online to see what it is. Normally, it should be around 60M or higher.

How many bars do you see in the WiFi Icon ?
Please try to ping your wifi router and see what is the latency you're receiving.

Most likely it must be the internet speed issue.

This principle is that the hard disk blocks the signal of the WiFi part, causing the network speed to be too slow. We have solved this problem on subsequent machines.
